Gueuzerie Tilquin is a gueuzerie (gueuze blendery) founded by Pierre Tilquin in early 2009 located in the town of Bierghes. By opening the gueuzerie on the edge of the Payottenland in French speaking Walloon, Pierre can take advantage the best air as it funnels it’s way out of the region.

Additionally, Gueuzerie Tilquin brings in wort from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon, further expanding the varieties of yeasts and bacteria available at the blendery.

By harvesting SpontanAir at Tilquin, we have found some of the most genetically diverse lambic creating yeasts anywhere.
